Adjuster screw on caliper

Car  182 Inferno Orange
My brake is rubbing so am planning on replacing it, however after a little searching Iv seen it may just be the adjuster screw needing adjusting. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Much apprieciated, even more so if it saves me 100 notes!

They talk about the piston on the rear caliper i guess. The piston could be seized. Maybe easier to get a working 2nd hand caliper and change it.

Yeh looked about all day today, cliospares can give me a second hand one, with 3 month warranty for 36.50 delivered. Or 162 from renault. Think il be going with the scond hand one. Il try and punt mine, if I get 10 or 20 il be quite happy.
