adjusting Door Lock?

Hey guys.. On a Ph1 clio how do I go about adjusting the lock in the door? I know there are 3 T30 screws but loosing them don't seem to let it move. Do I need to really loosen them? The reason is the lock seems to have moved (not the door) and its slightly catching while closing.. I have adjusted the catch on the door frame but it didn't really make a difference.. Have tried a search but couldn't find anything on this..

All you need to do is loosen the plate on the the B pillar, you shouldn't have to mess with the door lock itself. It will probably be a bit stiff as it's never been adjusted before.

Yeah I have tried moving that.. I managed to move it, but it still catches slightly.. Hmm

na.. The door is fine, it just when it hits the latch to close it pushes the door up and it sits a tad to high

It's more than likely the door has dropped and not the lock/latch itself. You'd need to faff about with the hinge if you're confident enough to do that.

Trust thats a case of just lifting it up and hoping it bends haha.. yeah.. I'm sure I can do that.... I HOPE! lol

have you had the doors open when the car is jacked up? Mine went slightly out due to that. I adjusted the latch it was fine.

Things I've tried so far

Adjust the lack on the inner pillar, moved it all over the place but the best result still leads to a slight knock when closing

Bent the door down (as up would cause it to catch again) didn't really help tbh

I have also noticed (before I started all this adjusting) the door sits slightly popped out, say 5-6mm at the lock side where the rear window is, running my hand down the drivers side is fine, smooth as you like, passenger side it is raised slightly. Poxy doors! lol
