adjusting the clutch ?

on my 172 cup it seems as though the clutch needs adjusting slightly as it grinds when going into reverse sometimes and when going into gear slightly.. it seems as if when i push the pedal all the way down its not putting the clutch apart far enough and needs a very fine altering?

any ideas?

No adjustmnt possible, it has a ratchet.

When putting into reverse try putting it into 3rd first

Adjustable by moving the engine mounts and alignment slighty or selector rod re-positioning (risky but sometimes worth it if all else fails).
