adjusting torsion bar

looking to lower an RT on 40mm valver springs, just looking for advice as to how to adjust the torsion bar? simple job or garage? cheers

simple - follow the guide! im no mechanic and me and my mate did it - was easier than i thought!! just make sure you take the caps of the torsion bar a week in advance and apray both ends with WD40 every day if possible!!

Do you have 16v arches or 195/45/15 tyres? if not you might have problems as 40mm 16v springs equate to 60mm RT springs.
