advice needed

hi looking for some help looking to refurb my wheels gone to sand orginal paint but its very hard to move its almost plastic paint extremely flexable doesnt just snap of like normal paint just basically have to bend/twist it of tried giving it a go over with a heat gun doesnt seem to help it come of anyone got any ideas of some sort of stripper i can soak them in or something

I used paint stripper on hard to remove areas. Can't remember its name but Halfords sell it.

was thinking that but as said its not standard paint way to flexable and sanding does nothing had to resort to running a chisel down the spokes to literally peel the paint of

Does work good that stuff. Or if you find locktight gasket remover that destroys paint quick !!!
