Sorry mate but all that you have chosen is sh*te.

why choose that stuff?

why 6x9s and subs?

I see you have a budget of around £550+ you could do so much better than that.

sounds harsh but you will thank me later.

1st of all quality or quantity??

For Quality

Alpine CDA-9815RR £300
JL Audio e4200 £200
Genesis Audiophille 13 £200
JL Audio W3v2 Dual 2 £150(ish)

For Quantity

Clarion DXZ-638RMP £175
Resonant Engineering SX12 £250
CDT Audio CL51 £200
Precision Power PCX1250 £300

Bambam What is: JL Audio e4200 £200?? i cant find it anywhere

Also what 17cm comps would you recommend as thats what fit in the front of my 206. for about £150

Cheers.

the JL Audio e4300 is a 4channel JL Audio mid range product, pushes a conservative 45wRMS per channel @ 4ohms, 75wRMS @ 2ohms and bridged @ 2ohms 150wRMS, all very conservative figures

MRRP of the e4300 is £300, though can esily be found for £200

***above was a typo, not the 4200, should read 4300***

as for the 17cm comps id be tempted to go with either Genesis Profile 16 or Crystal CPE60, im more into SQ if you havent guessed

ive got all the brochures here in my house, as i work for an ICE dealer

any decent ICE shop will be able to source it for you at a good price

yeah i supose, but it would be worth it if you could save that little bit more

best bet for the subs is to mke them yourself, very easy to do, much cheaper too

so you dont rate the alpine speakers or rockford fosgate.

what about two 12" rockfords

Kenwood headunit as above

Alpine Components

what you wreckon?

out of the 3 things youve posted there, id buy none of them

kenwood really are poor, they should have stuck to making food processors

rockford fosgate have lost a lot of their quality over the last 5 years, now their stuff is aimed at the max power crew

alpine comps arent bad, but they really dont cut it with the big boys, for the money you can buy a lot better than alpine
