Hi, i bought a second had cup set up to delete my aircon on my 2003 172.
I gave it a clean and noticed there is a crack accross a mounting lug.(one of the lugs that mounts to the engine)
Ive spoken to the guy that sold it to me, and he said he didnt know, but it never caused him any issues on his cup. I believe him as he seems to be an honest and decent guy! He sent me the belt that he used with it and it looks in good order too!
Im just wondering if it might get any worse and cause an issue?
I dont want to be removing the crappy aircon setup just to replace it with a cup setup that could fail.
The crack looks like its been there a while as there is corrosion in the crack!
Any advice will be much appreciated!
