Advice or help please

Just started my car and this symbol lit up on me dash the one on the bottom right of the pic.

Now last time this happened another symbol lit up (the one left to the petol fill up symbol) and it went to renualt and cost me 160 quid is the same going have to be done again.

eninge management light.

when the other light u mentioned comes on it means theres ignition fault, usually caused by throttle pedals/ bodies or ignition coils.
theres also alot of other faults that cause this problem, but they are the usuals.
if i were you id go to an independant renault specialist or someone who can diagnose a fault. then get it sorted yourself!
