Advise Xenons 182

I've just noticed one of my xenons isn't working on my 182. I've had the car 5 1/2 years from new is this the usual life span for these lights, first time this has happened could it be a fault or when they go are they finished.
Am i better off replacing them both ? Just in case one ends up brighter than the other what am i expected to pay ?

I was under the impression they should never blow... but they do...

Iirc they are D2S lamp fitment!

Sold in pairs, Id replace in pairs. Also 4300k is OEM look.
