after few minutes of driving idel goes up to 3,000rpm? anyone had this before?

this is on a phs1 1.2 8v

after driving for few minutes it idles at 2.5 3k then wont go down until u switch her off.

anyone had this before if so how did u solve it

sounds like air leak or sticky idel control valve to me

Sounds like a sticky throttle body/cable, could try a TB clean.
