they are ripspeed ones, i just took off the old ones and the new ones screwed straight on, ill try and get some pics up soon. i did have rage pedals for a while but they are rubbish because they dont screw on they just use a little bit of metal which holds it behind, but they dont really fit a clio and my clutch pedal fell off while i was driving lol

Hwo did you drill into the stick for the accelerator?

i left the plastic pedal on the accelertator and drilled in to that. then put the new pedal on top

I just made some new pedals when the ones on my 172 wore away on the edges .

Excuse the sh*t on the floor and the dirty pedals , the car needed a good clean .

My plastic/rubber grip from my clutch pedal has just fallen off in my valver. I want to get some aftermarket pedals, but do you *HAVE* to drill holes into the pedals to fit them?

I want them to be sturdy so ideally i'd like to attach them with screws/bolts, just wondering whether the holes are already there?

You'll have to drill the pedals underneath the rubber grip mate , and it'll be a right b*tch to do , you'll need a good sharp drill bit(s) , a good powerful drill and lots of sweatin' in this weather , lol .

Sod that... i really don't want to drill through my pedals, i never make any irreversible modifications to my car, i feel guilty for some reason, lol!

Are there not any pedals i can attach without drilling that won't fall off after 5 minutes?

^^^^ You could probably make some like i did out of aluminium sheet , whereas i pop riveted mine on in the original holes , you could epoxy resin them onto the original pedals underneath the rubbers .

Probably cost you about £15 tops for both the ally sheet and expoxy , plus you'll have enough aluminium left to make at least another 3 maybe 4 sets :)

The original Renault pedal covers in the 172 / 182's are 1.5mm thick , i used 2mm .

I've just ordered some from fleabay, aluminum ones but i beleive they have to have holes drilled for them to stay on.
