Air Con Q

this might be a stupid question, but obviously the air con in my car can get the air really cold

but, what happens if the air con is turned on and the temp is set to hot ?......what is the air con actually doing in this situation

the air con will still work, but th air will be warm lol
it will remove the moisture from the air at the evaporator hence why it demists the wondows very quickly and hnce why in hot weather u get a puddle under you car, this is the moisture the system has taken out
