air con refill...

... my friend works for an industrial air conditioning company and has offered to refill my air con for me now i've replaced the leaky rad. the only thing he asked me to find out is what type of refrigerant gas (i think thats what he said!) he should put in and to what pressure?? can anyone help?

iam pretty sure is R134a refrigerant
