Air Cononly blows warm air.

Hello,

I have a 2003 Clio 172 with Air con.

Whenever I start my car, and the air con is on a low temp then it's working great.
But if I elevate the temperture a litlle bit, it starts to blow very very warm air, and i can't make it blow cold air again ( no matter what i do with the climate control).
It will only blow cool air again the next time I will restart my car (and also, not always).

Does anyone have any idea where the problem is?
