Air filter help

Hay to all. I have a new clio 1.4 16v dynamique. what air filter do you think is the best for this car? panel filter or induction kit (which)? thanx

i dont advise the piper x one at all, sounds shockinginly quiet on mine so i put a green filter on it, only thing is u need the plate from the piper-x one, unless k&n or someone else is makin a filter for em yet

matt, hes got a 1.4 dynamic, not a 1.2, go for the induction kit if you want noise (you wont get much else!!!!!)

i dont want noise only( i dont like when its very loud ). i know i will not gain much but i changed backbox recently ( not very loud but i love it) so now i am looking for a filter that will do its job good. i am from croatia, and here we havent many induction kits to buy. what do you think about Green Twister? Is it better than K&N because it has got aluminium shield so just cold air will go in. or maybe i should go for panel filter in standard airbox?

Go for the induction kit - it will be noisier but shouldnt be two bad - i have a K&N which is really good.

Did you say you had a K&N 57i Induction kit fitted to your 172?. Is it a 2002 172?. I have been considering buying one but i wanted to find out how easy they are to fit and also if they are any good?
