air filter/induction kit

Hi all im planning on getting a new air filter for my clio sport 172 does anyone know what size diameter I need to get to fit on the pipe?

You need 70mm pipework.

I was looking at just getting the air filter for now and putting it on the pipe used in the standard 1 i just wanted to be sure of the diameter of the pipe as its a universal air filter qhich says fits 99% of cars

It's definitely 70mm. The pipe work can be bought very cheaply and placing the filter behind the headlight will reduce heat soak quite a bit.
