Dont even mention the Engine Management light lol!! Had enough problems with that!!

Okay thanks very much I will probably do that. I dont want to sound like im not listening, but my local renault dealer I have already mentioned said they had reset it, but to no avail??

You're driving me mental. If you lived within 2 miles of my house, i'd come round and punch you.

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE DEALERS!!! They want to sell you brand new parts, they do not fix/repair things. That's not what dealers do. If they have plugged it in and reset it and it's come back on, chances are it's got crash data in it.

Either take it to Mick at Diamond or send the ECU off the guy I linked.

Don't do anything else. Shut up. Just do one of those things.

I have now lost all faith in my dealer and regretting the £150 I gave them a couple of months back for a couple of things lol!!
The people I used were Dave Clarke Vehicle servises, apparently renault specialists!! Seems not lol.

The Engine light was on, and when put on the diagnostics, required a new Downstream O2 sensor? And a new throttle potentiometer?? Did I get ripped off there too lol

Not sure how much they cost tbh, but they do like to add dealer tax! With your location being Lincoln Mick is the man to use! However the forum also has so much knowledge on lots of different things as well!

Also, I highly recommend you get full membership, lots of discounts from a variety of company's, plus you will get access to the market place (in full) and access to the technical guides.

Also there is a monthly meet at Newark if you want to come along?
