Aircon oil

What oil do i use when I regas my aircon does it have to be (SP10) oil or can (PAG 46) be used I just don't want to knacker my compressor by using the wrong oil.

Are you sure? The "AC-refilling-machines" i worked with had an extra tank for the compressor oil.

I used my mates air con machine at his garage and according to the machine it needed pag 46 oil it's gets super cold now well worth doing IMO

Our old re gas machine had this too put it was put in at the same time as the r134a, usually around 5gram of oil most the time but don't quote me on that its been nearly 2 years since i've used it lol

Sp10 and pag46 are. Ask ally the same
when it comes to aircon oil pag46 100 150 won't make sod all difference
All it's there for is to lubricate the seals
you should normally chuck in an extra 10ml depending on how much you took out

Yep, from experience oil quantity isn't particularly important (being overfilled I mean, obviously too little is bad)
