alarm going out for no reason

just come back from a night out, my alarm has gone off twice for no reason, why would this be?

is there a way to tuen it off, dont want it going off all night and pissing the neighbours off

I think if you lock all the doors manually with the key NOT the centrel locking it doesn't turn the alarm on
