I got my 182 when I first joined CS in 2007. Loved the car in the early days but thanks to other hobbies and life getting in the way it sadly turned into a daily hack more than anything to be proud of.
Fast forward to today, and after almost three years of SORN, it’s back on the road and looking a lot better than it did.
Underneath it’s had a full service, full brake refresh and partial suspension refresh, including new dampers and springs and new bushes to come. Outside, it’s got a new upper grille and splitter along with a wheel refurb.

Next will be a full belt service. I’m a bit out of touch with prices, but what is a ballpark cost including fitting for a full cambelt kit, dephaser, water pump, aux belt kit, cam seals, coolant and crankshaft pulley bolt. I’ve been quoted £510 for parts plus £450 labour from my most local specialist. Does that sound about right?
