there are adjusters by the headlights, you will require a torx to adjust them

ahh iv been trying to align it with the bolts that hold the bonnet on :/ any chance anyone on here is nearby before thursday to help with this as i dont have a torx in huddersfield.. the majority of my tools are in donny :L and i have no chance of driving without it as i cant have the bonnet shut :( i need the car thursday for my sisters birthday :( so anyhelp would be massively appreciated (Y) its a few minutes of someones time to do me a massive favour :) and to pay said person back i would supply a cuppa :)

I just got mine fitted about right, then took it to renault for the bonnet recall and they re aligned the bonnet at the same time for free!

Winning :D

dont need the torx so never mind just need a hand aligning it... its not the up and down thats a problem...its left to right so that the catch will fit in the holes its supposed to and the gap either side will be the same... as i say its a 2 man job :/

Can you not unloosen the 4 bolts holding the bonnet on then just move it around until its in the right place?

iv been doing that but i need a second pair of hands to get it right as the other side moves while tightening one side up etc so keep getting really frustrated as i need someone at the other side...

Get her to hold it in place then tighten both sides up equally. Tightening one side first is proberly making it pull to one side slightly.
