Will a set of alloys with a PDC of 108mm x4 fit my renault , seeing as its only 2mm out from 4x 100mm?

No, dont do it. The bolts may go through, but the seats are tapered. The bolt is designed to pull down in tension. If the bolt pulls to one side, bends, then it will shear and your wheels could fall off.
