Alloy Paint

Does any one have experience or knowledge of what paint is good for spraying alloys? i want to spray them black . . .any help would be much appreciated

Any paint will do mate. Just pop to halfords.

Just remember, its all in the prep. So make sure they're rubbed down, dust free, silicone free and completely clean. Put plenty of laquer on and you'll be fine.

I buy mine off a supplier at around £2 a can so i'd imagine in halfords etc they'll be about £5/6.

okay do you think ill need a can per wheel or will one can do 2 ? there 300ml cans in halfords

I'd rather have too much, at least then you can take it back if you don't use it.

I'd buy 3 cans primer, 3 cans of colour and 3 cans of lacquer.

thanks for the help i found a good guide on sprayin the wheelsas well so should be all set to get my rims looking good
