Alloy wheel chipping from the back!

Hi all,

One of my alloys is chipping away from the back, what would cause this?

I'm not sure if it is the same area that was repaired a few weeks ago after some corrosion was sorted by the dealer, if it is the same area is it normal for a repair to do this?

mine dids this before i got the refurbed just cheap reno pish to be honest !
