Alloy wheel polishing

I want to get my alloy wheels polished, and after searching on here and Googling I've found all of one place in my local area that might be capable of doing it, just wondering if anyone knows of any places that definitely can polish from a painted finish? I'm in East London but would consider travelling..

Just to clarify, I mean strip the paint and polish the metal, not just buff up the paint..
