This is probably a really stupid question but I take it that all wheels when you measure from one rim of the wheel to another actualy measure 1" bigger than the stated wheel size?
Is the wheel size just the the measurement between opposite sides of where the tyre itself sits inside the rim?
These might be really stupid questions but I just wanted to double check something.
