There's a Hartge 1 series (not sure what kind) down the road from me, looks pretty much exactly the same as a normal 1 series but obviously with different badges. Do they only do engine tuning?

Alpinas are just too common, so many rotten E36s have fake ones. CSLs wheels are only common on BMW forums, not in real life!

Only once i've seen CSLs on a non-CSL, and even then it was a white M3 with all the CSL bits.

BTW are saying CSLs or Alpinas are £2k? You can get second hand CSLs with tyres for about £1k... in fact there is a Z4 owner selling them on the CSL forum.
