Alpine CD Changer VS. VDO Dayton CD Changer?

Anyone know if there is a difference in these as i have seen clios with both?

One will play Mp3s iirc, not sure which is which though.

hmm but is the tuner list mp3 compatible anyway?

Not specifically but it doesn't matter. One will let you put mp3s on the disc and it'll show as a disc with lots of tracks, i'm 99% its the later VDO one.
