Alpine Steering controls and Screen

Just bought a new Alpine headunit (http://www.alpine-europe.com/typo3/index.php?id=digital_media_receiv&L=16)

Just woundering what i will need to connect it too the steering controls and the standard dash screen.

i think you will lose the privledge to use the steering controls and the use of the standard dash screen from showing your music info.

I have an Alpine adapter ordered for my D310 that allows the track number to be shown on the head-up display and the steering controls to work

God knows when I'll get it fitted but I'll try find out the part number for you

if u just want steering wheels controls fly down to halfords and buy an autoleads adaptor cost you about £37 quid. might need to take the dash off to fit it tho.

If you only want the steering controls then these two (the best imo, it'll just show alpine on the screen):

If you going to want the screen working again fully then you'll need an alpine adapter, they cost about 100 notes and in my experience are shite.

If you want Steering Controls, just bought some myself for my Alpine Head unit, cost me £32.49 from Wilco...

Place to go, got everything i need from there, really helpfull too

Also forgot to mention that the CAD adapter doesn't require you to take the dash top off.

You need a KCE940b (£50) and your display and stalk works.

http://www.caraudiodiscount.com/acatalog/Renault.html <- That was the only place I could find it but i've found it for £40 now so my bad on the price but the one i've got is shite on the steering controls front. Half the time I press a button it doesn't respond and the display is laggy as hell at updating, whether or not its broken I don't know though? Might get another one and try.
