Get rid of the wheels and exhaust for standard parts and that seems a pretty fair price, people turn there nose up at some modifications.

Yeah it's the wheel and exhaust, i wouldn't even look twice at a car with them on, does look nice example though.

Silver has always been the lowest priced colour in the range- from 172 > 182

If you cant change the wheels I would expect little or no interest- I would say thats going for between 2.8 & 3k

Worth about £3200 standard, the market is flooded with RS Clio's at present, I wouldn't even bother ringing up one with mods like that, shame as it looks a nice example.
I just sold a standard 03 plate Monaco with 64k for £3800, it did have some nice upgrades though.
