You could just run an external amp instead

If its the standard headunit just get another one, it wouldn't cost a lot more than repairing it (might be less).

I got a quote to have my hu repaired from a website who collect it, fix it and deliver it (cant remembr the name) but i rang em an they quoted £75 for standard repairs! so i bought a new hu lol
