Do this seem a good deal? bare in mind Im currently running a 800w 4 channel so Im only actually using 400w.

Im abit confussed about RMS and stuff!

nope that is mpo figure

it is only 285w rms/4 = 71 watts rms per channel

You do tend to get what you pay for with amps. On that link I cant even see a manufacturer name, let alone a model number. Id leave it well alone.
