242bhp ATW for a GTI-6 lump thats not blown is mightly impressive! There really difficult to get mega power out of without spending mega bucks! Mines been RR at 150bhp ATW which is high for a pretty much standard un, so a near 100bhp without turbo/supercharge is well, mad!

Its virtually a touring car engine or so I'm told. A lot of money spent.

I cant say for definate that it is that power I do know the build cost for the engine was well over 10k. And from a rolling start has pulled on 350bhp Evo VII.
