Angel Eye Headlights for a Mk1 Phase 2

Just want some opinions on whether I should get some angel eye headlights as I think that they would look good, if so the chrome or black ones?

Quite like the black ones, but they are pretty expensive, can't decide. Do the black angel eyes suit darker cars, as mine is blue? Which did you go for in the end jonesyx?
