Angelworks inlets

I've just been looking at these on the angelwork website, and I'm wondering whether you have to send your inlets to be matched or they already have some inlets which have been ported and they can send them out if I bought them?

Ben usually has some in stock. I think you pay £100 extra and then when you return your exchange inlets you get the money back....iirc
