i'm not dissing them either i have spoken to them over the months and am aware of the situation. i was just seeing whether anyone else had been waiting as long for their inlets.
either way, at the end of the day i paid for them last year and have not got them so what do you expect. i don't think that i am being unreasonable, i was simply seeing whether my problem was a one off as i know the company are highly regarded... that's why i chose them

Hi, everyone!
I' m new to the site and also waiting for a modified reworked inlet manifold from AWT, since February 13th.
But as i can see, i'm not the only one complaining for delivery delay...
Repeatedly sent e-mails to Ben, but most of them remain unanswered
I understand that he's facing some difficulties, but what should we do?

He said he's tried calling them, and they've had his money since november FFS! He's got every right to come on here and kick up a fuss.
Angelworks should've refunded him and sent back the inlets if they cant do the job, the least they can do is keep in contact with a paying customer.

I ordered some matched inlets from angelworks after i'd rang Ben and he said they had some in stock...
He took payment straight away and then NOTHING !!!!!
I rang him up and he said they didn't have any in stock, but would be getting some more in at the end of the next week, so i waited.... and waited.... and waited
I kept ringing and kept getting bulls**t excuses, and finally they turned up 5 months later
Ben may very well know his stuff when it comes to tuning, but he seriously needs to learn how to run a company if he wants to stay in business.... and one of these ways would be to stop lieing to his customers :nono:

Ben recently did a 36k service and aux belt change on my car using his voucher I bought in Nov. On the day of the service, I turned up to his garage but no one was there so gave him a call. He'd totally forgot about the service I booked. Though he was very appologetic, I still had to suggest to him that he get down to his workshop as I wasn't gonna take another day off work. Waited nearly 2 hours for him to show up and start work on my car.
He's a decent enough bloke and really know's his stuff, was kind enough to give a tour of his workshop and the cars he was working on and I was happy with the job he did on my car. However he really needs to sort out and get on top of his business as the last thing he needs is for his customers to loose confidence in him.

i had my belts done on my 182 last week, when i turned up he wasnt there and i had to wait over an hour! but he has very resonable prices and done a excellent job so im still pleased. but i can see peoples opinions on customer service!!!! i would still take my car to him over renault anyday!!!

Say what u want about ben but he's done some amazing work with the brackets my car! IMHO he's the only guy for the job! His timescales arnt the best but if u want the job doing right then the guys top dog!

ben has really lost his market now, he's damaged goods. shame as i heard his mech and tuning skills are brilliant
Tell me how it's rubbish! I've seen alot of tuners come and go on this forum...the overal assumption is accurate, they are all kak on one level or another. I'm not talking about services and fitters. I'm talking Tuners!
Ben very may well be good in a mechanical/flow technologist kind of way...But if you can't treat your customer base right...You're fecked!
