It's been a while since I've posted about the Clio but there is quite a bit to up date, so I'll not start now it can be for another time.
So as some may or may not know, we do the track days as a family (Yes that's Me, Mum and Dad). On Sunday we headed to Anglesey complete with my Cousin and his misses, @f0xy, Rob and Tom to the B&B we booked. Considering the day started with Tom ringing for an ambulance (air ambulance turned up) for a biker who had fallen off his bike, the journey was uneventful.
We arrived at the B&B got the keys to the rooms and proceeded to find a local pub, the local happened to be 6 miles away. The pub was great, good food, good ale and a pool table, we were joined later by Sarah and Joe. On a journey to the gents I seen there was a Blue Noble M12 and RB 182 in the car park maybe someone from the forum?
So the following day we were up early to get breakfast and the weather was horrendous, we drove a short distance to the track and got unpacked.
The day started great even if it was raining, I volunteered to go out first as I actually like a wet track.
Then at around 10:30 it stopped raining and the sky cleared... we had sunshine.
Once my Mum had some tuition she drove a lot better, she just lacks confidence in the car and her ability I think (mix of her two sessions).
Finally my Dads sessions in the afternoon, this is were it all turned pear shaped.

Yes the drivers side wheel came off! All 4 wheel studs sheered at the hub, which likely came about because we changed the wheels straight away at dinner and I tightened the nuts 'FT' while hot so I guess I stretched the studs so I'm taking the blame even though my Dad wont have it. The most important thing was no one was hurt and there was actually very little damage to the car.
Regardless of what happened near the end of the day, a great time was had by all and we got some great photos/videos from the day.

If anybody has any driving tips please let share. I know its not the greatest write up but I'm rushing this out in work ha ha ha ha.
