Another BG 182

Well after around a month or 2 of trawling the web for the right car I found "oldie" advertising his almost immaculate black gold 182.
I was very particular on the car, it had to be FSH, had to be either gordini or BG and the biggest points it had to be a FF with recaros. I found out he was based in Durham, 4 hours and 280miles each way!

So after a very long but fun day yesterday I came back with my new motor at what I think was a very reasonable price. The only issues I can find are normal wear and tear such as the odd paintwork blemish and a few little marks on the wheels. Oh and the splitter is missing
The interior looks as if its just left the factory(other than the gear gaitor which keeps unclipping)

here it is, keep an eye out for a slow build and a few subtle mods

You can pick up a new gaitor from renault for £10! Just bought one myself and comes with the leather and the plastic base.

Im from worcester buddy, just south of Birmingham. I love the seats, its what sold it for me, I had a pair in my old ep3 premiere so knew I had to have some

I bet ! I'd love them in mine but don't think I could part with the cost of them :/ when I know the wiring needs work to make them fit too!

Exhausts mounts knackered?

Are they cup seats in the back?

Get a skoda splitter for it.

Yeah the rear mounts are pretty soft meaning the pipes are hanging pretty low, ill get some powerflex bushes and make some uprated ones.

Yeah I think they're cup seats, that's what comes in the recaro interior for some reason? I'm looking for a decent set of 172 rears and door cards to match the seats soon

I didn't know that, I think what I need is non cup 172 door cards and rear seats as I'm told they're the nearest match to the recaro alcantra

I'm not sure mate. I know when I got my trendlines we swapped interiors and only after I noticed that I had 172 rears. They seem more blue than 182s but that might just be a faded set I had and no white dots. I eventually found a 182 set, and although I run with harnesses I still wanted the 182 rear seats!

Most splitters on these are missing tbh, they get smashed dead easily. Looks a nice buy especially with the Recaros
