Another Interesting Question About Car Tax!

Hi again, getting good at asking the most boring questions in the world!

Am i able to tax a car with a 1 day insurance cover note? My insurance company have changed the cars over but wont email me the cover note so now might have to insure it for a day to get a tax disk! Been on DVLA site and its crap:-/

I don't think you will be able to do it online. You should be able to at the post office, its what dealers do (although I think they have a weeks cover)

Used to be one of those dealers who used the 7 day cover note but for 7 days its £137! can get six months for that!
