Do you Snowfoam dry car or PW first then foam ??

No reason why you can't apply to a dry car however the idea is you are trying to achieve the cleanest you can get the car without touch. Therefore pressure wash first then apply, equally by doing this the SF has an easier job to do.

Pre rinsing should remove some of the muck allowing the SF to get at the film of grime that is typically harder to remove. What you will normally notice is a slightly shorter dwell time for the snowfoam on a wet cae
