Does the 2002 Clio sport 172 MK2 have ESP and Traction control or was that not installed until the 2003 model?

I have a late 2002 52 reg car (October) and it has esp but no cruise control.

my dads 172 is 30/11/02 (52 reg) and it only has esp, no cruise.

well i dont think i have either, because if i had esp there would be a button surely? and traction control doesnt stop my wheels spinning so cant be there?
