Anti roll bar or rather lack of

i know its not on a clio but im imagining the principles are the same- would not having an anti roll bar effect the camber?

I was told yes when I was driving aorund with it not connected

I would have thought it would effect it a little. Why would you want to disconnect it, surely thats unsafe and would ruin the handling.
