The one i have at the moment is ideal. Shared hosting with full remote desktop access.
Past few days its gone down for a hour here and there. At the moment it is still down and has been since 9.30am. Took me over 30 mins to get to speak to someone aswell. This is pipex by the way. They even said it can be upto 24 hours !?
As soon as its back online im getting the live data off and cancelling the direct debit.

I have been using Vault 5 for hosting my website, dunno if they do what your after, but it costs me about £5/m, people are usually getting fullspeed downloads from their lines eg 2mb will get 300kb/s
