Any replacement for a broken F4R 732 block?

Hello from Belarus.

My Clio RS with a F4R 732 has a broken block. My quick question is: what other blocks may be fitted instead of the broken one?
There are no Clio 2 RS for parts on sale in the whole country, so I need to look for other variants if they are possible.

most of the 2.0 litre 16v engines that are in the rest of the renault range have a different block as they run a different gearbox, so the mk3 scenic etc are no good, may be able to find a laguna or megane possibally not 100% sure, just gotta look at gearbox and aux mounting

I've found by search a thread where Megane 2004 owner with 136hp F4R wanted to fit Clio RS 172 head on his block for another 20hp or so, but looks like he didn't do that, at least didn't reply back on the results.

Although one of our autoslalom mates earn for his leaving by bringing used car parts from UK, so theoretically this is possible, but practically it will be reasonable only in case of bringing the whole car for spare parts. So if there's a bargain out there, let me know!

To Beef-Mc: do you mean new engine? It would cost me exactly the price I payed for the whole Clio! So not an option.

I have some progress: baught an F4R block from Laguna, visually only piston shapes are different. I need to measure and compare all volumes and calculate how much need to be cut from top of Laguna block and pistons. My question to experienced clio owners - has anybody seen precise numbers of combustion chamber volume in the head and may be volume of a deepening in the piston surface. Thnx in advance!

lol, i wish i could come to england as if i were from scottland for example
getting visas to uk or EU is a pain in the ass for us
I recently had EU multivisa for 2 months, used it twice to have some rest in italy and braught clio 172 from Lithuania and now visa is over and the same f***g problem - get invitation, go to embassy etc etc...

51GBP at the end, which is around 85$, good price. The only 2 problems are to pickup and delivery to Belarus. While delivery could be possible through some traders, pickup would be hard to organize, so I skept this
