any sql/phpmyadmin gurus?

Just having a dabble with a database at the moment and my host has a query limit which is stopping me from restoring the database from an old backup.

Apparently a workround for this is to create 3 users for the database so that the dump program (bigdump) can effectively triple the query limit by using the 3 users randomly.

Question is how do you create a user for the databse in phpmyadmin?

Surely you would create the user in Plesk or something rather than phpmyadmin inself.

hmm the hosts software only allows you to set up one user

Seems like a random resolution to me.. can't they restore it for you in that case?
Not being able to restore backup's due to a query limit is pretty random, Heh.

yeah their control panel based backup falls over on the query limit thing. Thats shared hosting for you I guess. Managed to sort it out by adding a string in the script to delay between each small "dump" so it spread the queries over 2 hours
