Hi

Need help reprogramming out telephone system. It's a bt norstar system. Basically the whole system was reset and now one of the phones is unable to pick up any calls. Believe this is because it hasn't been added to a pick up group?

When you try and pickup on this phone it says that it is denied in admin.

Any help greatly appreciated.
