any way of rebuilding the sills?

basically my friends clio has a really mashed up sills.. wonky and bent from when he had to drag the car miinus one front wheel.. cars spot on now, bar the sills.. anyway he can strenghten them? rebuild?

if its really really bad, itll be quicker to weld in new sil sections.

alterantivly, you can get it up on some high axle stands or on a ramp, and pin pull it out and fill it all. cant really advise without pics
