anyone binned there metal 1*2 pedals in favour of rubber ones

hate thye metal pedals for a few reason and wondered will the rubber covers fit over the pedals once the metal sport part has been removed, does the accelerator even had a rubber cover on a non sport ?

You could get some rubber studs put onto the holes in the standard 1*2 pedals maybe

Non-sport rubber ones won't fit over them ( I think that's what you're asking :S)

what i was proposing was drilling the rivits out, in the vain hope what it left will be a standard clio pedal

what i was hoping was the bare metal would then be able to accept the rubber pedal cover for a 1.2 etc
