yes but the man has to be in a full sized wind tunnel.... as they cost over 50 million to build, sure hes going let you drive your clio in to test abit of rubber... or could save money, and get the honey I strunk the kids machine, use a mini one, or just blow smoke on it ha

There isn't a single right or wrong choice. The best choice will depend on the complexity and duration of the prospective program and on the resources available to it. To illustrate the choice, we'll consider a variety of development programs.
Option 1) Tiny program
We'll run a CFD program with 100 full car runs and the equivalent model wind tunnel testing program (wind tunnel @12 hours for one day only with approx 5 useful runs with 20 ride points ) and we will compare the two.
- From inception to delivery of data would take approximately 3 months for the wind tunnel program. The CFD solutions should be available within 1 month. CFD is much quicker.
- The cost for the CFD program would be approximately £20,000. The cost of the wind tunnel program would be approximately £80,000. Both estimates exclude the salary of an aerodynamicist (because it would vary enormously depending on experience), but do include all other costs (tunnel hire, model technicians, model manufacture, CFD solutions and analysis). CFD is much cheaper.

Iv got this design on an cnc template and one that isnt as big which il be having made over summer to see which I prefer

That's quite out of context. I appreciate aero on a track day Clio is out of context though. Those sort of numbers/resources (full scale tunnel - are you mad! Not a single F1 team currently uses full scale 
) are for much bigger projects than adding a wing or splitter to a production car.
A mini revolution (reached the point where fast desktop computers can solve small CFD simulations in minutes not days) has made "quick turnaround CFD" perfectly accessible for small companies - CFD is no longer restricted to top tier budgets.
Specialist companies are still a good option for distributing simulations over hundreds of processors, if you're developing a whole car or if you require tunnel validation etc.

Can I just say this splitter looks amazing, what is it made from ? Is there any chance you could send me the measurements of this as I fancy making my own and I prefer the big front splitter like this
