It just adds all the weight back on... I don't get it.

yeah but fibre glass with a sunwoofer nto going to be as much as and mdf case for sub but yeah

Mine's built with MDF & fibreglass and a heap of Dynamat - trimmed with vinyl, perspex & Alcantara lol :star:
